New National Sales Manager

We have recently appointed Chris Worton-Smith as National Sales Manager.
In our 125th year of business, we continue to invest and grow as a company. The National Sales Manager role is a new position that has been created to ensure that field sales and support activities meet and exceed customer requirements into 2019 and beyond.
Chris joined Jepson & Co Ltd in 2008 and has worked both in the Sheffield head office as a Marketing Coordinator and on the road as an Area Account Manager for the North East and East Midlands since 2009. Chris has also headed-up Key Accounts such as BMW Group UK since 2010.

He has a strong reputation in the industry for building important relationships with national key accounts and customers in his North East and East Midlands territory. It has been a pleasure to watch and support him in developing into the National Sales Manager.”
The position was created in response to a growth and demand for secure number plate solutions and to ensure relevant information is available to customers, how and when they want it.
We believe that we currently lead the industry in digital technology as we have recently been nominated for three Made in Yorkshire Awards including Digital Technology and Innovation. Alongside Jonathan, Chris will be working closely with customers to roll out innovative new add-ons to their industry-leading PlateSync® number plate software.
The add-ons include replacemyplates.com, a click and collect service for driving retail number plate orders to customers’ stores, and PlatePortal, a trade portal for motor traders to order number plates directly from Jepson & Co customers. In addition, all PlateSync® users can access PlateSync® Reports, showing straightforward information that helps to monitor plate making and reduce wastage. Marketing & Administration Manager, Jo Hackett, will be supporting Chris and the customer-facing team to implement products and services that add tangible value to our customers.
