Green number plates - launch confirmed for 8th December

They can be retro-fitted to 164,000 existing zero-emission vehicles.
Last night, the British Number Plate Manufacturers Association confirmed green number plates can be fitted from 8th December 2020.
As your number plate manufacturer, we can supply you with green number plate components. If you'd like to pre-order green number plates, click here. We'll then despatch your order to arrive with you a few days before 8th December.
Going green - the confirmed details:
- they can be fit from 8th December 2020 to new or existing zero emission vehicles
- the plate will include a green 'flash' as shown above
- the green flash will be a retro-reflective and a specific green
- we'll supply reflective with the green flash and your normal acrylic
- they'll mean free parking and other benefits in some towns.

Yes! It's now confirmed you can retro-fit to existing zero-emission vehicles.

How will green number plates be made?
A green plate will be made using the usual combination of reflective plus acrylic, but the reflective panel will include a specialised green flash (also retro-reflective).
Our green plates will be compliant with all the regulations and any relevant information will be included on our marketing support materials.
