These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.
5.2 We will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch Goods within the stated timeframes, but delivery dates are estimates only. Time of delivery is not of the essence.
5.3 We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
5.4 If you fail to accept delivery, we may charge reasonable storage and redelivery costs.
6. Risk and Title
6.1 Risk passes to you upon delivery.
6.2 Title passes to you once payment has been received in full.
7. Acceptance of Goods
7.1 You are deemed to have accepted the Goods upon delivery.
7.2 You must notify us in writing within 8 working days of delivery if Goods are damaged or short.
7.3 If no notification is received, the Goods are treated as accepted.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 You may return unused, saleable Goods within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
8.2 Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
8.3 Delivery charges are non‑refundable. The cost of returning Goods to us is your responsibility unless the Goods are faulty.
8.4 If Goods are faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund them in accordance with your statutory rights.
8.5 Before returning any Goods, you must contact us to obtain a returns number. Returned items without a returns number may be refused.
8.6 Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned Goods.
9. Website Use
9.1 You must not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
9.2 All website content, including images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Jepson & Co Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
