A small job that can make a difference in your plate quality!

(OH) SNAP!

Freshly patented and engineered in Sheffield, our tab performs with the familiar ease of a yoghurt‑pot lid, a clean, controlled snap of the cover tab. Each unit is laser‑cut to tight tolerances by our precision team, delivering consistent performance across every production run.

PEEEEEEEL

No more fingerprints!

  1. Hold the tab and peel back a small portion of the adhesive cover to expose the edge of the adhesive.
  2. Lightly press the adhesive side of the acrylic to the matching edge of the reflective, and laminate it through your rollers as usual.

DONE!

The plate’s finished - clean finish, no fuss, no wasted time. JepTab® does exactly what it was designed to do: make plates simpler, quicker and cleaner - no fingerprints, no fumbling!

Created by R&D...

…also known as Rich and Dale, our Production Manager and Operations Manager.

They’re the ones who’ve taken JepTab® from a practical idea to a fully patented innovation; and yes, their names are right there in the patent itself. A very literal acknowledgement of the people who keep our production thinking sharp and our operations moving.

JepTab® is a good example of what happens when engineering discipline meets day‑to‑day problem‑solving: something simple, robust and genuinely useful. Made in Sheffield, protected under GB2639290, and now part of the Jepson & Co toolkit.

Patented by and registered trademark of Jepson & Co Ltd
