So here is the team that help our customers:

    

Kylie – Customer Care Manager
All my experience in my previous roles has always had customer relationships at the heart of it. From selling properties, to heading an ecommerce platform, understanding what customers need, has always been key to delivering the right level of service and care. Good customer care is far more than transactional, I want our customers to always feel valued and listened to. In my spare time, I love fitness training and entering fitness competitions! My family and friends are also a huge part of weekends.

Tom – Customer Care Lead
I have worked in the Jepson & Co Customer Care team for 7 years starting as a Customer Care Representative working my way up to Customer Care Lead. I have looked after customers across various industries including Food Retail, Motor Insurance and Construction. Jepson & Co aligns with my values making the Customer First in everything we do, and I want every customer to come away having a positive interaction. I have two children to entertain who take up most of my time, but I also like to train at the gym, run long distance and watch Sheffield Wednesday (which is harder work than looking after the kids!)

    

Charlotte – Customer Care Senior
I have 12 years’ experience at Jepson & Co and in 2021, I became one of the department's Senior Customer Care Representatives. I am also a mental health champion for the business.
Good customer service is going above and beyond. I want to ensure our customers’ feel well looked-after, happy, and valued when they contact us, no matter how big or small the interaction is. I have two children which means most weekends are taken up with their activities, but we also love a family day out to the seaside. A fun fact about me is I'm related to an 80s singer who had 5 songs in the top 10 UK charts.

Craig – Customer Care Senior
I have worked in Customer Care at Jepson & Co for 7 years, and before that several years as Broadband tech support at Sky. Customer service matters to me because everyone deserves to have your 100% effort at whatever you do and I think I’m half decent at it. Plus, it’s handy it pays the bills (and cat biscuits).
I’m a Footy fan, (Blade of course) so I enjoy watching as much as I can and I also enjoy a bit of online gaming. I also have the shoutiest cat in the world!

    

Leoni – Customer Care Representative
I have worked for Jepson & Co for 4 years. Due to the pandemic, I didn’t meet some of my colleagues for up to a year after starting! But here I am, 4 years later; I enjoy working for Jepson & Co within the Customer Care team. Customer service matters to me because I know that when a company provides good service, it makes things easier for the customer, and when the customer goes away happy it makes my job rewarding. I’ve been playing football since I was 10 years old and I’ve recently started netball again! I spend my weekends going out for food with my boyfriend and socialising with friends.

Leanne – Customer Care Representative
I have worked for Jepson & Co in the Customer Care team for over 7 years now and have built up some great relationships with customers. I love the team that I work in and the company itself. Every customer is different, so I always want to make sure we are doing the best for them and what they need! Small things make a big difference and the friendly voice on the other end of the phone helps. I’m married and a mum of three so life is always crazy. If I’m not at the stood at the side of a football pitch or in a dance hall then we are travelling the world with our small people. Always partial to a bottomless brunch with friends and dancing the night away

    

Anita – Customer Care Representative
I have worked in the Customer Care team for the last 15 years. You get all kinds of customers we speak to, who are lovely. The customer always comes first. I always try to go above and beyond to help our customers if there is a problem, which matters to the team and the company. If we don’t do our job right in Customer Care, then there is a knock-on effect to other departments; correct orders, correct quantities, correct delivery addresses all matter. I used to play lots of darts, I love watching TV and doing crosswords. I’m always spending time with family, whether it’s cooking Sunday lunches or family holidays.

Kerrie – Customer Care Representative
I started working as a hairdresser, and after started my career in sales/customer service experience as a cold caller in various telemarketing companies and then moved to DFS. Since then, I’ve worked in various roles in sales and customer service. I love helping people and making them feel like whatever they are calling for is important to us. I feel it's important to always do what you promise to do. I love to keep fit, including swimming and the gym. My perfect weekend is a nice bottle of red and watching a series, usually crime or sci-fi.
