We have set ambitious long-term goals to become carbon neutral, with our next major milestone set for 2026. Each year, we make significant strides towards achieving these goals.

 

Small Actions with Big Impact

In our 130th year, we continue to take small yet impactful actions:

• We are gradually replacing all lightbulbs in our factory with energy-efficient LEDs.
• We run promotions allowing customers to plant a tree for free.
• We distribute seed packets so customers can experience the joy of growing their own plants.
• We have invested in a cardboard shredder to repurpose used cardboard boxes into protective lining for materials.

Other recent efficiency upgrades to our factory include a new boiler, improved insulation, and double glazing.

We collaborate closely with our suppliers to ensure the materials we purchase are as sustainable as possible, extending our commitment to sustainability across our entire supply chain.
